Pumps

Hydraulic pumps are generating machines that transform the mechanical energy with which it is driven into the energy of the incompressible fluid it moves, which can be liquid or a mixture of liquids and solids.

Increasing the energy of the fluid increases its pressure, its velocity or its height, all of which are related.

They are used to increase the pressure of a fluid by adding energy to the hydraulic system to move the fluid from a lower pressure zone to a higher pressure zone.
